The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction, managing staff, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory, and finances

- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies and procedures

- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests and staff

- Monitor customer feedback and respond to complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with other managers to ensure seamless operations across all departments

Requirements

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in full service casual restaurant management required

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Experience with inventory management and financial reporting a plus

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays required

- Must be 21 years of age or older.
