Lead Production Assembler - Turblex

Ensuring Chart’s Success…

Chart’s Production Assembler Lead position plays a key role in the manufacturing process of Chart’s products. This position will be responsible for direct reports to help produce high quality manufactured Turblex products used all over the world.

What Will You Do?

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

•    Review current blueprints, material requisition, etc.

•    Monitors work areas

Observe and practice safety procedures and policies

Maintain required production and inspection records

Requirements - Must be able to do the following:

•    Ability to work independently and self-direct

•    Ability to work well in group problem-solving situations

•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

•    Ability to communicate with others to solve and analyze technical information in order to find resolution

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

•    Indoor/Outdoor Environment
•    Lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.
•    Frequent sitting, standing, stooping, bending, twisting, walking and occasional crawling
•    Frequent pushing, pulling and handling of material
•    Occasional climbing and working at elevated positions

Your Experience Should Be...

• Minimum 12 months manufacturing experience in a fast paced environment
• Some welding knowledge required
• Electrical experience
• Self motivated
• Understanding and use of basic blueprints
• Ability to use and understand various measuring devices and hand tools
• Process Improvement
• Minimum 12 months managerial experience in a fast paced environment
