What you’ll own

Work to ensure the team’s success in delivery, primarily by helping to identify and especially remove impediments impacting the team’s ability to deliver. Leads product delivery to ensure everything runs smoothly from concept to completion of all roll out tasks. Helps shape the future of product delivery function while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences.  Create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. This role supports multiple cross-functional product teams, to enable the delivery of value to customer and stakeholders using agile methods and practices.   

• Act as product delivery SME for assigned product domain.  

• Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the product on schedule with expected quality.   

• Responsible for engaging in conversations and truly understanding the ‘why’, ‘what’, and ‘when’ of the product that is being built.   

• Develops, defines, and executes project plans and roll out schedules.  

• Constantly looking to identify impediments early, actively working to resolve these impediments and escalate when needed.   

• Management and tracking of cross team dependencies.  

• Creates and maintains the Playbooks.   

• Partner with leadership to identify needed projects resources (engineering, operations, L&D).  

• Provides proactive visibility and effectively communicates delivery targets, commitments, and progress.   

• Responsible for driving impediments to closure or resolution by collaborating with relevant teams.   

• Support Senior Management in understanding hot topics – related to technology and product development requirements and enhancements. B
