Business Intelligence Manager- Supply Chain

Summary

This position provides Chobani with a decision-support mechanism using data, analytics and automation to improve processes and help to better connect business functions together, with the goal of driving profitability and growth by boosting the efficacy and speed at which business leaders achieve aggressive financial performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide insights and analysis support to our leaders to help them make critical decisions and identify areas of opportunity
• Partner directly with the business to understand the key drivers of their world and how those metrics relate to bottom line company performance
• Provide functional leaders support in data-driven decisioning, business process and automation
• Be the bridge between the business and IT, able to articulate the business needs in a way a more technical person can understand and vice versa
• Leverage understanding to build insights, analyses and reports that support decisioning on the strategy to improve business metrics
• Automate manual or time consuming processes using a combination of data and technical tools
• Support and organize any cross-functional needs for the business (i.e creating roadmaps, business plans, ROI scoping)

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or Technology related field with 5-7 years of experience preferred or Associates Degree with 10 years experience required
• 5+ years as a business or product operations leader with a proven track record of delivering value-added insights and business process improvements. Supply chain or Operations experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with business intelligence tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) 
• Highly analytical/technical – naturally curious and logical, able to get to the root cause quickly. 
• Technically competent with data, viz tools and light automation programming (i.e python, SQL).
• Commercial minded – understands and can quickly connect how lower level metrics and processes connect to core business KPIs
• Strong bias to action – hard working, likes to complete tasks, can roll up sleeves and do what is necessary to execute 
• Agile – can speak and relate to each business function. Can quickly come up to speed and understand IT, HR, Plant Ops, Sales, and in other areas

Compensation Range: $88,000.00 - $132,000.00, plus bonus.
