This role ensures institutional policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements are implemented consistently at the campus level.
The Campus Director provides execution oversight of admissions and enrollment processes, campus-level student support services, and operational readiness to support student achievement, ethical recruitment practices, and continuous institutional improvement.
This position operates within clearly defined institutional authority parameters and collaborates closely with centralized Academic Affairs, Admissions, and Executive Leadership.
Principle Accountabilities and Core Competencies
Campus Administration & Operational Leadership
Serve as the primary on-site administrator, demonstrating strong administrative leadership and professional judgment in implementing institutional policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Ensure campus operations align with the institution’s mission, educational objectives, and student success outcomes through disciplined operational oversight and accountability.
Maintain a safe, professional, and student-centered campus environment conducive to learning and engagement.
Supervise campus-based staff, providing clear expectations, performance accountability, coaching, and appropriate corrective action when necessary.
Ensure staffing, scheduling, and operational readiness support instructional delivery and student services.
Identify operational risks or compliance concerns and escalate matters promptly to senior leadership, exercising sound decision-making and risk awareness.
Serve as the primary on-site response leader for campus operational emergencies, exercising sound judgment and escalating matters to executive leadership as appropriate.
Admissions Execution Oversight
Provide on-site oversight of admissions execution, reinforcing ethical recruitment practices, compliance discipline, and adherence to institutional policy and accreditation standards.
Monitor daily admissions activity to ensure timely follow-up, accurate communication of program information and costs, and professional documentation of student interactions.
Reinforce adherence to approved admissions scripts, disclosures, and procedural requirements through coaching and performance monitoring.
Collaborate with the Director of Admissions to identify training needs, address performance gaps, and strengthen execution consistency.
Immediately escalate any admissions practices that may present ethical, regulatory, or compliance concerns.
Authority Parameters:
Oversight is limited to campus-level execution and coaching. Institutional admissions policies, enrollment targets, and enrollment criteria remain centralized.
Reporting Structure:
Admissions personnel operate within a dual reporting structure. Enterprise-level strategy, policy, and performance expectations are established by the Director of Admissions. Day-to-day operational supervision, execution oversight, and on-site accountability are managed by the Senior Campus Director.
CRM & Enrollment Funnel Oversight
Oversee campus-level use of the institutional CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, documentation integrity, and consistent workflow adherence from inquiry through enrollment start.
Monitor campus enrollment funnel metrics, applying data-informed decision-making to support institutional effectiveness and continuous improvement.
Ensure admissions staff maintain complete and accurate student records and follow established CRM processes.
Support marketing execution by ensuring timely lead follow-up and accurate source attribution.
Identify CRM data integrity issues or workflow gaps and communicate findings to institutional leadership.
Authority Parameters:
Responsibility is limited to CRM usage, documentation quality, and funnel execution. System configuration and reporting architecture remain centralized.
Student Support & Retention Oversight
Oversee campus-based retention and engagement functions, ensuring student support services operate in alignment with institutional policy and student-centered best practices.
Monitor attendance, engagement, and persistence indicators to identify early risk factors impacting student success.
Ensure timely intervention and proper documentation for students at risk of withdrawal.
Coordinate with Academic Affairs leadership to promote student achievement, persistence, and program completion.
