Onsite: This role requires associates to work from the posted locations full-time, enabling consistent face-to-face collaboration, teamwork, and direct engagement. This policy promotes an environment built on in-person interaction, communication, and immediate support. Alternate locations may be considered.

*The ideal candidate will be willing to work two, 12 hour shifts, Saturday and Sunday, 6a-6p EST and two, 8 hour shifts 2p-10p EST, Monday and Tuesday.

The Security Guard is responsible for protecting the organization's physical assets by maintaining and safeguarding the physical perimeter, exterior, and interior perimeters of the facility.

How you will make an impact:

• Maintains a secure facility at all times, watches security monitors, and activates alarms when necessary.
• Assists Business Continuity and Data Center management with monitoring of environmental controls.
• Ensures that everyone enters and exits the building through the front doors and signs in and out in the logbook.
• Conducts periodic inventories and maintains logs, files, records, while verifying and tracking inputs and outputs from computer and electronic security systems.
• Monitors radio communications and acts as a first responder to security and medical incidents on site.
• Provides first aid and CPR as required.

Minimum Requirements

• H.S. diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license where associate is operating a vehicle for company purposes.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• Prior security/law enforcement experience preferred.
