We are looking for a passionate Philanthropic Operations Associate to join our team and make a difference.</p> <p>The Philanthropic Operations Associate will help ensure the effective operation of our donor development efforts. Working closely with colleagues across the Philanthropic Engagement team, BBYO's fundraising team, this early-career role calls for strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. By supporting both operational and donor-facing activities, the Philanthropic Operations Associate plays an important role in helping the team reach its fundraising goals and build lasting relationships with BBYO's supporters.</p> <p>In this role, you'll help maintain the systems, data, and operational processes that support BBYO's fundraising program. Day to day, that means helping keep Salesforce and related fundraising systems running smoothly, maintaining accurate donor and fundraising data, supporting efficient gift and grant processing, and helping produce the reports that inform the team's work.</p> <p>We're looking for someone with some experience with donor and database operations who enjoys working with data and keeping it clean, usable, and in line with organizational and legal standards. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and understands how good data supports smart decision-making.</p> <p><strong>As the Philanthropic Operations Associate, your responsibilities will include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage gift processing, donor acknowledgments, pledge tracking, CRM updates, and related development operations workflows.</li> <li>Maintain accurate, up-to-date donor records in Salesforce, including contact information, relationship history, and processing returned mail and address changes.</li> <li>Manage matching gifts, stock gifts, monthly giving, and online fundraising platforms, and keep related donor records current.</li> <li>Track donor engagement and ensure data integrity for reporting, segmentation, and communications.</li> <li>Create and send Acknowledgement letters, donation tax receipts, invoices, pledge reminders, collection follow-ups, and other donor deliverables.</li> <li>Track campaign progress, sponsorships, pledges, and outstanding payments and assist with preparing and submitting required reports for gr
