Position Overview
The North Pricing Coordinator is responsible for executing the pricing operations for the NWF Materials Division.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
- Must perform customer service, research and correct any inaccurate invoicing.
- Communication between customers, sales clerks and dispatch centers to verify invoice information.
- Process correction to billed customer invoices in Point of Sales System, with appropriate approvals.
- Communicate with Accounts Receivable department when corrections are made to billed customer invoices.
- Oversee Customer/Project Pricing to ensure customers are being billed correctly.
- Comply with daily, weekly, and monthly dead lines

Education/Experience
- High school diploma or General Education Degree GED is required.
- Prefer 2 years previous related experience/training in the field is required.
Work Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Database is necessary.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
Knowledge/Skill Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to complete work in a timely manner. Meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.
- Detail Oriented.
- General understanding of basic math.
- Strong organization skills.
- Must be willing to work overtime when needed.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
- Ability to work well with others in a group or one on one setting.
