Your Impact
As a Senior Product Designer at Efficy, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered experiences for our CRM and MarTech products. You will conduct user research, provide intuitive and user-friendly interface designs and solutions that solve complex user challenges. You will be responsible for designing seamless, engaging, and visually compelling user experiences while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers, you will ensure that user needs are effectively translated into our products, enhancing customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to final UI design and implementation.
- Conduct user research through interviews and surveys to gather insights into user behaviour and pain points.
- Conduct usability tests to evaluate design effectiveness and iterate based on feedback.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and iterate on product interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Designers, Product Managers, and Developers, to define user problems and design solutions.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure adherence to accessibility standards.
- Maintain and evolve Design System to ensure consistency across all projects.
- Create and maintain design documentation to support design decisions and promote consistent design standards.
- Stay updated on UX/UI trends and incorporate the best practices into your designs to ensure a modern, engaging user experience.
- Participate in cross-functional workshops to generate new ideas and refine existing ones.
- Provide high quality, pixel-perfect design during the early stages of product development to shape features that enhance user experience.
- Support the QA team to make sure features are implemented as intended.

About YOU
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and impactful product solutions.
- Expert in design and prototyping using Figma.
- Strong experience in Design System usage and management
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively within a team.
