Project Manager

We seek a full-time Project Manager to join our team! This individual will be a key member of our internal Project Management Office (PMO) that supports the ongoing needs of our growing business. This role will interface with all internal teams and focus on implementing the highest priority, cross-functional initiatives across the company. The ideal candidate will have knowledgeable and adaptable work plan development and management skills. 

What you will do:

• Collaborate with business leaders to manage strategic cross-functional projects, involving planning, decision-making, delegation, and effective communication with executives
• Ensure project success by balancing priorities, adhering to timelines, and handling administrative duties across multiple initiatives
• Assist in developing structure and best practices for the Project Management Office in collaboration with the Strategy and Product teams 
• Become an expert in our business, including technical aspects 

The skills and experience you will need:

• 5- 7 years of project management experience  
• Experience directly leading large-scale, cross-functional projects is required 
• Proven interpersonal communication, organizational, critical thinking, and administrative skills with keen attention to detail, strong time management and effective problem-solving skills  
• Strong knowledge and comfort with systems applications, including functionality with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and project management tools and best practices 
• Bachelor’s degree 
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or other similar certifications preferred
