INTERNSHIP DETAILS

• Location: Cluj-Napoca
• Format: Hybrid (work from home and from the office)
• Positions:4
• Internship start date: July 24th, 2023
• Internship end date: September 30th, 2023
• Work schedule: full-time (8 hrs/ day), Monday to Friday

WHAT TO EXPECT

REQUIRED BACKGROUND & QUALIFICATIONS

• Very good ability to communicate in English;
• Strong Customer oriented mindset;
• Strong ability to follow process and apply documented instructions;
• Strong collaboration skills;
• Self motivated and disciplined learner;
• Availability to work full-time for the entire length of the internship (8 hours/ day, 40 hours/ week).

Big Plus

• Previous experience in a customer service role;
• Good understanding of IT principles;
• Good troubleshooting skills.

SELECTION PROCESS & TIMELINES

• Step 1: submit your application by March 26th, 2023
• Step 2: online technical test - on March 27th you will receive a technical test on the email address you provided in your CV. You will have until March 29th, end of day, to fill out and submit the test. Make sure you check your inbox!
• Step 3: online interview with our technical team.
• Step 4: feedback on your application - regardless of the test/ interview outcome, you will hear back from our recruiting team.
