Note: The compensation range(s) in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

Experienced Registered Nurses – Medical Surgical & Neuro Units

Our Medical-surgical nurses provide care to a wide patient population with a variety of medical issues.  Nurses with this specialty have a broad knowledge base and are experts in their practice. Our Medicine Units are highly specialized and provide you with an exciting and successful career as an RN.

Special November Incentive!
The first week in November is Medical Surgical Nurses Week. Any nurse with more than one year of experience who interviews on a Medical Surgical Unit during the month of November will receive a Stanley insulated mug, our way of saying thank you for exploring a nursing career with Baystate Health.

SCHEDULE:

• Full-Time and Part-Time
•  Days (7a-7p) and Nights (7p-7a)
• Every other weekend and every other holiday
• Baystate Medical Center - Springfield, MA

Pay:

• Experienced RN (1+ years): $43.16–$65/hr

Qualifications:

• MA RN license and AHA CPR certification required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• ADN required; BSN preferred
