A Brief Overview
Contributes to product strategy by leading the development and enhancement of digital products or services. Conducts market research, collaborates with cross-functional teams, designs user experiences, and oversees the product development lifecycle. Applies expertise in user-centric design, agile methodologies, and market trends to help drive the success of digital products and ensure they meet customer needs and expectations.
What you will do
- Helps establish and implement enhanced user experiences and digital product governance policies and standards.
- Designs systems to translate business needs and client needs into digital strategies and products that support clients.
- Defines the product vision, capabilities and priorities, and roadmap internally and externally.
- Determines opportunities for future digital products and client growth through gap analyses and client relationship analyses.
- Directs individuals to develop digital products from start to finish based on client requirements.
- Develops complex programs that elicit and elaborate requirements and provide management with a solutions strategy point of view and recommendations.
- Delivers findings and reports to senior management and to the broader organization, influencing upwards and laterally to drive organizational change and alignment.
- Assists management in coaching and providing regular, timely feedback to develop departmental capabilities and ensure the delivery of exceptional services.
- Establishes departmental objectives and analytical priorities that guide team members and ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables.
For this role you will need Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years work experience
- Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred.
- Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$79,310.00 - $158,620.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
