What We're Looking For

The Assistant Director of Data Management is an experienced professional with a comprehensive understanding of all Advancement constituent data and is responsible for biographical data maintenance, data integrity, and data management. Successful candidates for this role must possess a high attention to detail as well as strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. 

A bachelor's degree and three years of relevant work experience are required. Supervisor experience is preferred. 

Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis. 

What You Will Do

  • Prioritize and assign projects and daily work to the Data Management team in the update and maintenance of all biographical records
  • Work directly with data import processes into Blackbaud (Vision) from EPIC, Banner, and other external sources
  • Responsible for reviewing and merging potential duplicate records
  • Develop, run and maintain data integrity reports and assign cleanup projects as needed
  • Works closely with Assistant VP of Advancement Systems and Data Governance to continuously evaluate and refine data systems and practices to ensure Data Governance
  • Works closely with Data Analytics and Prospect Management to retrieve accurate contact data for constituent segments
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission 
  • Ability to comply with University policies 
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
