Your key responsibilities

• Analysis of one or more of the following data types
  • metabolite data
  • sequencing data
  • classical trial data

• We are legally obliged to point out that the salary for this position is €2,038 gross/month according to the collective agreement.
• Type of employment: Full time or part time (minimum 20 hours), temporary contract for 6 months

 

You bring

• Solid experience in Linux system setup and shell scripting (bash)
• Solid skills in R, one scripting language (e.g. Python, Perl, …), one (partly) compiled language (e.g. Java, C++, …)
• Interest and knowledge in statistics and data in general
• Ability to work in a team and pursue goals in a focused way
• Good written / oral communication skills in English
• nice to haves:
  • Knowledge / experience with sequencing data
  • Knowledge / experience of machine learning
