As a Technical Product Management Director, you will help define, and drive the development and execution of Identity and Access Management platform strategies that support our banking services across the globe. You’ll do this by working closely with cross-functional teams to align on objectives, outcomes and deliveries, define product requirements, and guide the team through key milestones. Job Responsibilities 

  • Lead the ideation, strategy, technical development, and launch of innovative solutions in the Identity and Access Management space
  • Drive product development across world-class engineers, architects and business partners
  • Integrate qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, and market trends into product narratives, OKRs and requirements to ultimately improve client experiences, developer efficiency and further enhance cyber security
  • Define, collect and analyze metrics to create Objectives and Key Results that inform the direction and success of the CIB and platform
  • Introduce innovation in the processes and solutions you build
  • Connect with clients, partners, stakeholders and management to ensure alignment, transparency and collaboration for identity and access management strategy

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 

  • 7+ years product management experience with 3+ years of experience leading technical platforms
  • Experience managing delivery of at least 1 technical platform from ideation to launch  
  • Experience managing and overseeing multiple on-going initiatives simultaneously
  • Cross-functional communication and collaboration experience
  • Strong written and presentation skills to influence senior leaders on strategic direction
  • Knowledge in several technical areas of expertise: enterprise architecture, cloud, data modeling, etc. to effectively lead cross-functional teams
  • A degree in software engineering or a related field i.e. Symbolic Systems, Applied Math etc.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Strong technical background, with experience working with identity/cyber-security, cloud, and data technologies
  • Experience working on developer-focused SDKs, APIs, services, and toolchains
  • Experience delivering products with new technology introduction
