Hotel Shuttle Driver

You will be responsible for ensuring that the shuttle is clean and well maintained, as well as for providing friendly customer service to our guests. Job Responsibilities

•  Pick up and drop off guests from hotel to designated locations 
•  Assist with loading and unloading of luggage 
•  Ensure safety of passengers at all times 
•  Maintain cleanliness and appearance of vehicle 
•  Follow applicable traffic laws and safety regulations 
•  Offer information and assistance to guests 
•  Monitor vehicle maintenance and report any issues promptly 
•  Provide exceptional customer service to guests 
•  Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner 
•  Keep track of trip schedules and plan routes 
•  Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

•  Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record 
•  Must have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills 
•  Must be able to communicate effectively in English
•  Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
•  Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
•  Must have knowledge of the local area and be able to provide directions to guests
•  Must have a professional appearance and a clean, well-maintained vehicle 
•  Must be able to lift, push, and maneuver luggage carts 
•  Must be able to adhere to and enforce all safety regulations 
•  Must be able to complete daily paperwork and other paperwork as required 
•  Must be able to provide excellent customer service to all guests 
•  Must be able to maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times
