What You’ll Do:  
 

• Manage and respond to reviews and messages across platforms.
• Create and maintain monthly content calendars for social media.
• Escalate significant feedback to internal teams and leadership.
• Engage with local events and community content to boost visibility.
• Monitor posts for engagement and compile monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and act as the client’s main point of contact.
• Identify trends and opportunities for public relations.
• Ensure all content is accurate, timely, and aligned with brand standards.

What You’ll Bring:  

• Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Excellent active listening, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
• Comfortable using internal tools for publishing and reporting.

Qualifications:  

• High School graduate or equivalent required
