Principal Product Manager - Healthcare SaaS

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated  expert Product Manager with a strong background in SaaS to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager for our Ambulatory product line, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and improvement of our SaaS solutions tailored specifically for ambulatory care providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product requirements, roadmap, and strategy.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape in the ambulatory care space.
• Translate customer feedback and market insights into actionable product initiatives, features, and enhancements.
• Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business goals, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to build intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that optimize user experience.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the Ambulatory product line, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Care or an equivalent, or equivalent years of experience. Master's degree is a plus.
• Consistent track record of 5+ years in product management roles, preferably in the healthcare SaaS industry with a focus on ambulatory care.
• Solid understanding of SaaS product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and standard processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate sophisticated requirements into actionable plans.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to optimally collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners.
• Results-oriented mentality with a passion for driving product innovation and delivering exceptional customer value.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems or healthcare IT solutions is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the healthcare industry (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH) is a plus.
• Certification in Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Product School) is beneficial but not required.
