Drive end-to-end IAM modernization efforts, leading the technical integration of an enterprise IAM ecosystem and overseeing the build, implementation, and transition to a FedRAMP-authorized, cloud-native IAM solution across SaaS and AWS GovCloud and program management skills.
- IAM solution-team leadership. Coach direct reports, pull in disciplines from outside the team when the work demands it, and hold quality, cost, schedule, and scope on your signature.
- Government-facing from day one. Brief senior Government officials, align client project teams, external service providers, and subcontractors around one IAM plan and one truth.
What You'll Do

- Plan, organize, and coordinate the full project lifecycle for technology infrastructure programs — AWS Cloud and ICAM environment through planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and close-out.

- Manage the agreed scope of solution projects and deliver innovative answers to complex problems — increasing delivery cadence and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Coordinate solution planning across offerings, lead the solution team, and provide the technical leadership and ongoing coaching your direct reports need to grow.
- Direct technological research aligned to the government agency's goals, strategies, practices, and user projects; oversee development of solution roadmaps and drive the vision into execution.
- Manage agile development teams and reason about how each enhancement, defect, or change request lands against the application architecture.
- Own project scope, schedule, cost, and quality management plans — from proposal through Government approval through delivery.
- Interface with internal service delivery teams, client project teams, external service providers, and subcontractors to lock in a shared understanding of the current environment, contract requirements, and proposed solution.
- Present to senior Government officials with the clarity and command the audience expects.
