Process Quality Engineer / PQC Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement quality management systems and objectives for the respective area of responsibility. 

• Organize standardized operational management for products under your responsibilities. 

• Participate in quality planning for new products and implement corresponding preventive measures. 

• Coordinate, handle, inspect, and supervise daily affairs related to Process Quality Control (PQC). 

• Control testing costs and labor costs to improve work efficiency and service quality. 

• Establish standards for operational compliance checks in PQC. 

• Develop operational compliance check guidelines for PQC. 

• Actively promote and implement quality improvement activities. 

• Implement and verify the effectiveness of preventive and corrective measures. 

• Responsible for the development and training of engineers and team leaders. 

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on the quality of PQC work. 

• Conduct assessments of the achievement of process quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 

• Assess and evaluate the performance of PQC personnel. 

• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
