Socket is seeking a skilled part-time Residential Customer Care - Tier I member to join our team and provide excellent customer service to new customers, and proficient maintenance of established customer accounts. This maintenance includes but is not limited to; billing, account changes, invoicing, payment processing, and outbound calling projects.

This is a PART-TIME position.
