Your New Role...

As a Business Analyst in Media Platform Operations (MPO), you will provide support to business operations functions such as project budgeting, forecasting, resource management, procurement and special projects as needed. This role plays a pivotal role to the daily operations of MPO, and as such, your ability to manage the aforementioned functions successfully and efficiently across multiple projects and initiatives – all in parallel -- is critical.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Facilitate and coordinate procurement, invoice reconciliation, and goods receipt processes (SAP, Ariba) 20%

  • Assist Project and Program Managers to track and forecast capital spending 20%

  • Coordinate with Finance on key budget deliverables and processes 20%

  • Update and maintains portfolio and process documentation 15%

  • Schedule team meetings, prepare meeting agendas, publish meeting notes, and track any action items 10%

  • Assist and guide MPO department PPM processes and tools, resource and vendor management (on/off boarding) and special projects 15%

Qualifications & Experience...

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • 3+ years’ experience working and supporting business functions within IT

  • Familiar with end-to-end procurement process

  • Experience managing IT budgets and forecasts

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.

  • Strong data analytic and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of SharePoint, Smartsheet, SAP, and Ariba is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Not Required but preferred experience: 

  • Familiar with basic infrastructure terminology (data center, network, compute storage, cloud)
