What You'll Be Doing

• Perform routine sampling and testing of aggregate materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of test results and inspections
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory and field testing equipment
• Communicate findings and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and plant performance

Work Environment
This role involves working in both indoor laboratory settings and outdoor aggregate plant environments. Candidates should be comfortable with varying weather conditions, physical activity, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
