FP&amp;A is responsible for managing E&amp;E’s overall financial performance and presents regularly to the Executive Leadership teams of E&amp;E. As a Senior Manager you will be responsible for managing the P&amp;L of one or many brands or functions within E&amp;E.  This role requires an individual who is highly analytical, strategic, and detail-oriented. </span> <h3>How you’ll make an impact:</h3> <ul> <li>Lead FP&amp;A for a portfolio of brands, designing cadences, outputs and governance instances aligning to E&amp;E objectives</li><li>Actively seek to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&amp;A FunctionLead the development of materials for monthly, mid-year and annual business reviews with the E&amp;E executive teams</li><li>Prepare detailed and accurate forecasts and maintain the accuracy of key financial metrics to support long term strategic planning </li><li>Partner closely with leaders across the organization (Product, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, etc.) to identify opportunities, support initiatives and provide key decision support</li><li>Present clear narratives on your area’s financial performance that accurately reflect underlying trends, product initiatives and progress against our strategic goals</li><li>Drive the efficient allocation of company resources to achieve our strategic objectives</li></ul> <h3>We could be a match if:</h3> <ul> <li>You have 8 years+ in corporate finance, FP&amp;A, investment banking, or private equity, preferably in tech and/or a consumer focused subscription business</li><li>Background in managing financial strategies, forecasting and budgeting within dynamic environments</li><li>Demonstrated impact on a high functioning FP&amp;A organization and track record of driving strong financial performance</li><li>You have Advanced Excel modeling and the ability to build engaging presentations using Google slides / Powerpoint</li><li>You have experience and skills required to work with large datasets, including experience with SQL / PowerBI / Tableau /Alteryx </li><li>Familiarity with Onestream or an other financial forecasting software</li><li>Self-starter with the ability to develop insightful financial models and quantitative analysis from scratch, paired with strong critical thinking and sound business judgment</li><li>Proven ability to think on your feet and distill complex topics to all stakeholders and storytelling key business concepts through written memos</li><li>You have excellent communication skills and ability to partner with individuals at all levels</li></ul><b>What we offer:</b><span>Operate in an international and multicultural environment</span><span>A gorgeous working environment in the heart of Paris, spacious and modern office, rooftop, close to transport and amenities</span><span>Many quality moments of sharing: office activities, summer party, team buildings</span><span>Competitive package in line with the market</span><span>Enjoy work-life balance</span><span>Edenred lunch vouchers</span><span>Classpass gym discounts</span><span>Premium healthcare coverage with WTW</span><span>Use our products free of charge</span><br/><b>Hiring Process:</b><span>A first 30-min Zoom conversation with </span><b>Maxime</b><span>, Talent Acquisition Manager</span><span>A 60-min onsite meeting including a live use case with </span><b><span>Marc <
