Rate of Pay: $12 per hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain clean working bars in compliance with property and regulatory standards.
• Must display the knowledge of the Casino’s special events and player events.
• Takes drink orders, prepares and serves alcoholic beverages within 2 minutes of guest’s arrival and maintain complete knowledge of menus and beverage lists.
• Busses tables in a timely manner (within 2 minutes when guest is finished).
• Maintains the cleanliness of the lounge and bar area by coordinating with the appropriate staff designated to the room.
• Ensuring food products are of high standards in freshness and appearance.  Replenish items as needed.
• Follows proper procedures in food sanitation.
• Accepts payment for orders and provide accurate change.
• All other job duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Have a vast knowledge of food, wines, liquors and services.  Two to three years of food service is required.  Must be able to understand written and verbal communication.

Professional appearance. Must be able to manage multiple tasks and be detailed oriented. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Must maintain confidentiality.  Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and other employees.
