<p><b>About this role</b></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>About this role</b></p><p>The EMEA Partnership marketing team is responsible for driving the firm’s marketing activities for Strategic Client Partnerships.  The successful candidate will report into the EMEA Digital Partnership Lead, sitting in Munich, Germany, and would be preferably based in Munich or Frankfurt, but London might also be an option.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Key responsibilities</b></p><p>The primary focus of this role is to drive <span>scalable content tailored to various client archetypes, with a strong emphasis on crafting compelling pitch materials, creation of educational content and campaign assets for a retail and advisor audience for local and regional partnerships.</span></p><p></p><p>Other key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with marketing and investment teams to develop content strategies that align with partner needs and business goals.</li><li>Research and understand different client archetypes to create personalized content that resonates with each group.</li><li>Design and produce a range of content, including articles, blog posts, video scripts, podcasts, and webinars, which align with partner marketing channels</li><li>Develop and maintain best-in-class pitch materials to support local and regional partnership development.</li><li>Manage and oversee content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and marketing objectives.</li><li>Monitor and analyze content performance, leveraging insights to optimize and refine content strategies.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure content remains relevant and impactful.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Experience</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.</li><li>3-5 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, with a portfolio of published work.</li><li>Excellent spoken and written English language skills, German and any additional continental European languages are considered a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of content marketing strategies and brand storytelling.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality content.</li><li>Broad understanding of different channels as social media, media platforms, newspaper or branch stores</li><li>Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.</li><li>Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization.</li><li>Proficiency in content management systems and digital publishing platforms.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Personal skills</b></p><ul><li>Client-oriented perspective </li><li>Creative and self-motivated</li><li>Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, drive forward key initiatives and manage workflow on simultaneous projects</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Good verbal communication skills and exceptional writing ability</li><li>Excellent communication and networking skills</li><li>Strong analytical and conceptual skills</li><li>Able to work independently yet a team player</li><li>Ownership and accountability</li><li>Result oriented</li></ul><p></p><p>We offer the candidate a broad range of tasks and responsibilities in a growing and promising area of the finance industry and in an international, dynamic, and open team.
