Job Description

The AI & Knowledge Team leverages cutting-edge technologies and innovative strategies to provide exceptional quality assurance and production services for various sales materials, such as validated reference architectures and collateral tailored for various industries. Our approach involves the development of robust workflow and production pipeline solutions that integrate automation, enabling us to streamline operations. Furthermore, we harness the power of AI to assist in content creation, broadening the reach of our materials to engage with new audiences and industries.

Your Career

As a Knowledge Architect on the AI and Knowledge team, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in developing tools and processes to facilitate global knowledge sharing, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality content. Our organization focuses on creating technical guidance for Palo Alto Networks Systems Engineers, Partners, and Customers in the realm of security solutions.

Your Impact

• Design, build, and deploy applications and tools to enhance the efficient and reliable delivery of content.
• Identify and drive opportunities to enhance automation for content deployment, management, and visibility.
• Develop tools and frameworks to automate operational tasks, streamline content production, and create testing environments.
• Uphold Palo Alto Networks Business Code of Ethics and promptly report any violations of the Code or other company policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Your Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience using an object-oriented programming language, preferably Python. 
• Proficiency in continuous integration, automated tools, and best practices in automation.
• Experience with container development and strategies.
• Familiarity with GCP, Azure, or AWS and their related services.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and garner support.
• Experience with writing or editing technical documentation is beneficial.
• Self-disciplined, self-managed, self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Passionate about quickly learning, understanding, and adapting to new technology stacks independently.
