About the role

Description

Arbill Industries, a mid-size PPE Distributor located in NE Philadelphia, is seeking a Client Relations Manager. The Client Relations Manager will spearhead a team committed to providing world-class customer experiences by building exceptional client relationships through world class customer service, VMI, and regular field visits. The team will directly engage with clients, delivering inventory services, offering initial customer support, and collaborating with other Arbill teams to address client requirements. The Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading this team of client-facing professionals, ensuring they consistently exceed client expectations and contribute to the achievement of our clients' safety objectives.


Duties/Responsibilities

· Recruit, hire, and onboard new Field Safety Associates and Safety Store Associates 

· Develop and implement comprehensive training programs 

· Assign duties and responsibilities to ensure efficient operations. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback. Foster professional growth and development

· The Manager must be able to assume necessary tasks and responsibilities when resources are limited or unavailable

· Schedule FSA resources to complete all Managed Inventory Services.  

· Manager must be a key member of the Solution implementation team 

· Ensure proper management of inventory and company assets to achieve Client inventory level KPIs.

· Manage customer requests for inventory and product adjustment 

· Manage Team to deliver service on time and within budget 

· Provide coaching and feedback to Client Relations Group

· Communicate with on-site management, on-site technical personnel, on-site end users, and Arbill support staff

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills

· Adjusts quickly to changing priorities or conditions; copes effectively with complexity and change

· Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Education and Experience

· High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent

· At least two years’ experience working in customer facing environment

· Ability to travel 30%

· Previous experience in VMI/Vending, Safety, Industrial Experience, and successful management of people
