Senior C_C++ Engineer

Primary job responsibilities:

• Design and develop multithreaded services and applications using C or C++ and other technology.
• Support the continuous improvement of the SW development processes and their proper adoption within projects developed by the team.
• Ensure that technical solutions and code corresponds to the product requirements and target quality standards
• Work as a developer in SCRUM team

Required skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• At least 4 years of applications development in C++
• Experience in development of multi-threaded applications and networking programming
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Great understanding and practical usage of OOP paradigm
• Knowledge of software development design patterns
• Extensive hands-on development experience for Unix-like OS
• Experience in working with RDBMS 
• Good analytical skills
• Thorough understanding of SW product development
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies
• Intermediate English

Would be a plus:

• Experience in High Load applications development
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms
• Hands-on experience in Neural Networks, Machine Learning, Deep Learning
• Experience working with RDBMS and NoSQL databases, experience in writing and tuning complex sub queries, SQL stored procedures, functions, and triggers
• Hands-on experience with designing and implementing Microservices solutions
• Experience working with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery processes
• Hands-on experience in unit testing, automated integration testing
• Experience in HTTP, SOAP, REST, and other web related protocols and standards

As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.
