IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As Senior Manager Transformation & Strategic Projects at Envalior, you will play a key part in shaping the company’s strategic direction and driving transformation initiatives. You will manage and guide the execution of strategic projects, including the development of synergies tracking and reporting, with a key focus on presenting transformation progress to shareholders.

You will make key contributions to Envalior:

• Support and steer transformational and strategic projects 
• Prepare detailed analyses and reporting for shareholder meetings, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Support potential M&A projects, partnerships, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
• Support comprehensive economic analysis
• Analyze and evaluate strategic opportunities for business growth across all divisions.
• Support design and steering of yearly strategy review process

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate

• Several years of experience in Strategy/Management Consulting or similar Project Manager roles in an international context, ideally within a change management environment.

• Experience in a Chemical MNC or highly regulated industry is preferred.

• Strong project management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven ability to manage complex projects simultaneously, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to drive strategic decision-making.

• Fluent in English (additional languages such as German or Dutch are a plus).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
