Schedule: Sunday through Thursday

Salary: Based on experience

Grand Villa of Deland is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of our senior community in Deland, Florida. 

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work

- Conduct regular inspections of the community to identify and address any maintenance issues

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff

- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities

- Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance work

- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions

- Must be available to work Sunday through Thursday
