We serve patients in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Answer on average 50-100 calls per day
• Corresponding to emails, chat and text messages
• Scheduling appointments, procedures, and testing
• EMR (Electronic Medical Record) data entry
• General administrative duties
• Insurance and knowledge of Medical terminology a plus
• Patient care 
• Attention to detail
• Must have EMR experience
• Must be willing to work some Saturday hours if needed

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or GED required
