Join our team.</em></p></div><p>Barbaricum is seeking a <strong>J35 Administrative / Project Management Support Specialist</strong> to provide comprehensive administrative, project management, and Global Force Management (GFM) support to the USSOCOM Directorate of Operations (J35) at Fort Bragg, NC. The position supports the Assistant Program Manager (APM) and Program Manager (PM) in coordinating and managing complex task orders and contract activities, ensuring effective communication, schedule adherence, and technical solution implementation in support of USSOCOM operational initiatives.</p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Responsibilities</span>:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver Global Force Management (GFM) expertise to USSOCOM, codifying requirements through the Joint Staff with operational priorities.</li> <li>Assist the APM and PM in liaising with the ordering activity Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs), and government management personnel to ensure all contractual and performance requirements are met.</li> <li>Support the overall management, execution, and monitoring of assigned task orders to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.</li> <li>Assist in the development and refinement of acquisition strategies and project management documentation.</li> <li>Represent USSOCOM at Joint Staff sourcing workshops, providing technica
