JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main Tasks & Responsibilites:

• Optimize CO processes, master data, and system settings.
• Support SAP ERP transformation to an integrated system, ensuring process efficiency in the SAP CO module.
• Represent R/FC in ERP/CO rollouts.
• Serve as a CO Subject Matter Expert during Business Blueprint and Fit-to-Template phases.
• Collaborate with BPRs and BPCs to define business design solutions from a CO perspective.
• Manage CO-related activities in projects, acting as an intermediary between teams.
• Provide active support to key users and address queries.
• Train new staff, prepare materials, and conduct sessions as needed.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

• University degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting/Mathematics preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting/controlling, preferably in an international, production company with SAP expertise.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO and other SAP modules (SAP S4HANA a plus).
• Experience in SAP CO implementation and customization.
• Solid understanding of accounting/controlling tasks and processes.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in an international, virtual environment and describe business processes effectively.
