Within just a couple of years, our team grew up more than 80% and we kicked off 2025 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.  </p><p><strong>Blend Technologies</strong>, part of IKH Group, is a brand-new Technology and Innovation solutions company, made by people who breathe and live technology, bringing bespoke services and solutions to drive the new Industry 4.0 era and holding a profound comprehension of the technologies shaping the future, Cloud, Cyber Security and AI. </p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Mobile Engineer</strong> with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging projects. </p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p><ul> <li>Development, testing, and maintenance of Android mobile applications using Kotlin or Flutter.</li> <li>Design and implementation of responsive UI with a focus on improving user experience.</li> <li>Collaboration with UX/UI designers and backend developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.</li> <li>Implementation of best practices for performance, security, and scalability of applications.</li> <li>Participation in code reviews and technical discussions to improve code quality.</li> <li>Integration of third-party APIs and tools (e.g., Firebase, Google Play Services).</li> <li>Keeping up with new trends and technologies in mobile development and applying them to development processes.</li> <li>Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues, providing guidance and support in their development.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>3+ years of experience in Android mobile application development using Kotlin or Flutter.</li> <li>Experience in the full application development lifecycle (design, development, testing, release, and support).</li> <li>Strong skills in Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, or the Flutter framework.</li> <li>Experience with RESTful APIs and WebSockets for application communication.</li> <li>Good knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git).</li> <li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications (e.g., Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).</li> <li>Excellent understanding of mobile application design principles, including Material Design Guidelines.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>An attractive salary package</li> <li>Career development and growth opportunities</li> <li>An amazing private &amp; open-office workspace in Athens</li> <li>Continuous training via personalized seminars</li> <li>Stable and enjoyable working environment</li> <li>Flexible remote – onsite working model, adjusted to your needs #LI-Hybrid</li> </ul>
