You have overarching responsibility for establishing strong collaboration both internally and externally, aligning customer expectations with our delivery — ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high product adoption and customer satisfaction as key goals. </p><p>In the projects you lead, you will work closely with integration, configuration, and content specialists, taking ownership from the first customer contact through to launch. A successful project identifies value-creating opportunities for the customer and builds engagement through strong stakeholder management.
