The Senior Billing Analyst is responsible for ensuring our customer contracts are billed accurately and timely and responding to customer billing inquiries. 

What you'll do:

  • Review customer contracts for customer billing requirements, including billing cadence, billing and shipping addresses, payment terms, PO requirements, etc., to ensure completeness and alignment with related Salesforce opportunity
  • Enter custom billing schedules and other required billing information into billing system
  • Perform billing for new and existing customer contracts
  • Deliver customer invoices as per the customer preferred method including uploads to various customer portals, i.e., Ariba, Coupa
  • Prepare regular billing forecasts for management reporting and analysis
  • Prepare and report various billing metrics
  • Gather support, calculate and manage billing for usage based services
  • Play a key role in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of new Billing Platform billing application integrated with NetSuite
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Customer Success, and Collections) to resolve billing issues
  • Work closely with external auditors and provide timely responses to any audit requests

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • 3‐5 years of experience in a billing role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills, NetSuite accounting system and Salesforce CRM a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills to convey information and instructions in a clear, concise, and specific manner
  • Ability to cultivate a strong commitment to quality, teamwork, collaborative problem solving and achievement of objectives
