As part of the Internal Travel Nurse program, you’ll be part of an elite team of clinical professionals stepping in to ensure the success of new hospital openings/ acquisitions. By joining this program, you’ll gain the opportunity to:

• Make a direct impact on patient care, being there to help establish our clinical and operational processes from day one.

These assignments are a way to try out the life of an interim leader within Select. You will expand your professional network and bring your expertise to new settings—all while providing exceptional care to our patients.

 

Eligibility:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Staff RN with Select Medical
• Currently employed as an Inpatient Rehabilitation Nurse or Resource Pool RN
• Satisfactory employment, disciplinary, and attendance record history.

Assignment Length: 6 weeks (to ensure continuity and impactful integration).

Pay: current hourly rate with completion bonuses offered at 6 weeks.

Accommodations:

• Hotel: Covered by the company.
• Local transportation: Reimbursed (e.g., rideshare, rental car).

Meals: Reimbursed via expense reports, subject to limitations of the company policy.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

• Valid State RN License is required.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Staff RN with Select Medical
• Satisfactory employment, disciplinary, and attendance record history
• Currently employed as an Inpatient Rehabilitation Nurse or Resource Pool RN within Select Medical

Additional Data

Transportation:

• One-way trip to the new hospital.
• One round trip home during the assignment.
• One-way trip back home after the assignment.
• If you are driving to the location, the company will reimburse your mileage for these trips.
