We are excited to announce that currently we are looking for a Nurse Educator to join our team of over 10,000 global field personnel supporting our pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

Nurse Educator

The Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) will serve as a clinical expert and educational resource on Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) for healthcare providers, caregivers, and patients. This role requires a highly skilled registered nurse (RN) with 3+ years of experience in endocrinology and 5+ years of overall clinical nursing experience. The CNE will provide face-to-face and virtual education, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of PWS disease state, treatment protocols, medication administration, dosing adjustments, safety considerations, and side effect management.

The ideal candidate must have an active, unrestricted nursing license, be Bachelor’s or Master’s prepared and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The role requires strong adaptability, problem-solving, and a patient-centered approach, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. The CNE must also be compliance-driven and maintain adherence to all regulatory, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.

Education / Licensure:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (BSN/MSN).

· Active, unrestricted RN license in [State of Residence or Multistate Compact].

Experience:

· Required: 5+ years of clinical nursing experience in a patient-care setting.

· Required: 3+ years of endocrinology experience (preferably working with rare diseases or metabolic disorders).

· Preferred experience working with pediatric patients, particularly those with complex or rare conditions such as Prader-Willi Syndrome, or others.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong ability to communicate across diverse audiences (patients, caregivers, HCPs, and internal stakeholders).

· Demonstrated adaptability, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

· Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a collaborative approach.

· Compliance awareness and adherence to regulations in all engagements.

· Proficiency in documentation and maintaining accurate records.

· Strong relationship-building skills and ability to integrate into multidisciplinary teams.

Role Responsibilities:

Clinical Education & Training:

o Provide disease state education on Prader-Willi Syndrome to healthcare professionals, caregivers, and patients.

o Educate on treatment protocols, medication administration, dosing adjustments, and safety measures.

o Support the understanding of side effect management and treatment adherence.

o Utilize only approved educational materials and resources.

Patient & Provider Engagement:

o Conduct face-to-face engagements with HCPs, patients, and caregivers in clinical and community settings.

o Build strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams, including endocrinologists, primary care providers, and specialists.

o Ensure educational interactions are tailored to the audience, from young patients to highly educated professionals.

Compliance & Professional Standards:

o Adhere to relevant regulatory, compliance, and professional boundary standards.

o Maintain confidentiality in all interactions.

o Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.

Travel & Flexibility:

o Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, with 2+ overnight stays per week on average.

o Adapt to various settings, audiences, and schedules to meet education and engagement needs.

Collaboration & Documentation:

o Work closely with internal teams, HCPs, and other stakeholders to optimize patient outcomes.

o Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all educational activities.

o Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset, staying updated on PWS advancements and treatment protocols.
