Summary of Position:

• · Manually unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and containers and stack them to assigned places using a powered industrial truck.
• · Stages product correctly for orders, replenishment/put away/stow, or production.
• · Picking, scanning and placing items into storage shelves in a fast and efficient manner.
• · Maintaining a minimum rate of scanning and putting away items
• · Keeping product in the racks organized, with safety in mind.
• · Assist with physical inventory count and cycle counts as needed
• · Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment
• · Pick orders using equipment and operates scanners so that the proper order is picked, and inventory is managed accurately
• · Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
• · Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
• · Assit in maintaining a safe and orderly environment of the facility.
• · Locate products using RF scanner.
• · Retrieve orders according to quantity, size etc. ensuring accuracy.
• · Keep records of completed transactions.
• · Performing general warehouse duties as necessary
• · Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions.
• · Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.
• · Behave, speak, and treat others in a respectful manner.
• · Perform additional duties as the position evolves or as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

• · Proven experience as a forklift operator, order picker, and or other warehouse driving equipment.
• · High attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
• · Excellent physical condition and coordination.
• · Experience using computers or knowledge of Warehousing Computer systems is a plus.
• · Valid certification to operate forklifts is preferred.
• · Experience in RF devices.
• · Able to read and write in English.
• · Diligent and punctual
• · High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• · This position is categorized as Safety Sensitive.

Work Schedule:

• 1st shift: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM  - $19.25
• 4th shift: Saturday-Tuesday 7:00AM-5:30PM - $21.00
• 5th shift: Saturday-Tuesday 1:00PM-11:30PM - $22.00

Benefits:

The position offers the following benefits on the 1st day of the month after 60 days of employment: medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and long-term disability coverage, FSA Plan. Will have the ability to participate in the 401k Plan.

Medical and Vision Coverage: Antigua will reduce the associate premium by half by paying 50% up to 75%the monthly premium cost. The medical plan also has a health wellness program.
