A member of a world-class regulatory team focused on regulatory excellence of the Home & Personal Care portfolio.  This team member will drive the regulatory team to secure compliance of Arxada’s current portfolio and develop the strategy and execute for growth of future business.  This role requires a detailed oriented person with knowledge of EPA and FDA requirements.  This candidate will be an individual contributor to deliver the current needs in this area.  

As a Sr. Regulatory Associate this individual will focus on the following areas:

• Stay updated with regulations related to our products

• Interpret and communicate regulatory requirements to cross-functional teams.

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines throughout the product lifecycle.

• Engage stakeholders, internally and externally to address any potential challenges.

• Manage the development of strategy, submission dossier and approval of products through NA government agencies

• Respond to inquiries and requests for additional information from customers and cross functional colleagues including but not limited to product registration and compliance information

• Manage necessary annual requirements from regulatory agencies

• Key liaison and strategic business partner of the cross functional  Home & Personal Care team

The expected salary range for this role is 90.000$ - 115.000$, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.

This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
