You will establish and implement strategic procurement processes, build the first material group strategies and drive their end-to-end implementation. You will prepare and lead contract negotiations and contribute to the professionalisation and digitisation of Procurement.</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Material Groups in Scope:</span></p> <ul> <li>Timber / CLT (cross-laminated timber) and related engineered wood products</li> <li>Steel (structural steel, connectors, fasteners, profiles)</li> <li>Windows / Façade systems (glazing, frames, façade elements, seals)</li> <li>MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) including HVAC, electrical components, piping and sub-assemblies</li> </ul> <h2><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What You'll Be Doing:</strong></span></span></h2> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">1) Build strategic procurement foundations</span></h2> <ul> <li>Establish and implement strategic procurement processes (e.g., sourcing methodology, governance, templates, KPIs).</li> <li>Develop the first material group strategies (category roadmaps, supplier landscape, TCO logic, risk and sustainability criteria) and drive implementation across the organisation.</li> <li>Shape supplier segmentation and SRM routines (performance reviews, development plans, risk mitigation).</li> <li>Ensure cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Production, Quality and Project teams to translate requirements into scalable sourcing strategies.</li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">2) Lead sourcing & negotiations</span></h2> <ul> <li>Own s
