Salary Range: Based on relevant experience, education, and certifications

• 5+ years: $115,000+
• 8+ years: $135,000+
• 10+ years: $155,000+
• Please note these ranges vary depending on the specific opportunity, experience, and other factors

Security Clearance Requirement: Must be able to obtain and maintain Active DoD Secret Clearance

Where you make an impact: For this opportunity, we are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Systems Engineer. This exciting position will have the chance to work on just about any aspect there is as it pertains to developing, integrating, and sustaining complex Navy information systems, networks, and applications. You will evaluate systems designs and integration work, identify emerging technologies, and support modernization efforts for PEO C4I and NAVSEA programs.

What does this mean to you? We are seeking expertise in Systems Engineering such as:

• Evaluating system architectures, hardware/software applications, and integration solutions for Navy information systems
• Leading lifecycle systems engineering activities: specification, design, development, testing, and sustainment
• Identifying and recommending adoption of state-of-the-art automation technologies and applications
• Conducting studies on cost, interoperability, performance, reliability, and system functionality
• Supporting alteration development and managing the CSRR fielding plan across multiple organizations
• Applying systems engineering standards and processes to ensure resilient, interoperable solutions
• Collaborating effectively with developers, Fleet stakeholders, and program managers across PEO C4I and NAVSEA
• Experience with NAVWAR/PEO C4I program management and acquisition processes preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline

Let's talk salary. The annual salary range for this position starts at $115,000 and goes up based on your qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package and have fringe benefits offered throughout the year. The benefits package value ranges from $13,000 for a single employee, and up to $28,000 for an employee and their family.
