Developer Community Growth Manager, Streamlit

As a Developer Community Growth Manager at Streamlit, your role will be to build and execute a scalable strategy to grow and nurture a thriving open source community of Streamlit users. Your focus will be on crafting initiatives that establish Streamlit as an active destination for both new and existing developers. 

Our ideal candidate has experience developing scalable, creative strategies to reach developers, both online & offline. If you're enthusiastic about joining a fast-paced open-source team and have a knack for creatively engaging and expanding developer communities, this could be your dream job.

Support our team culture by working in the office 2-3 days a week. This means you’ll have to live within commuting distance of the office you’ll be working in. **Role is based out of our San Mateo, CA office**

AS A DEVELOPER COMMUNITY GROWTH MANAGER AT STREAMLIT YOU WILL:

• Own and prioritize Streamlit community engagement strategy on owned channels (including, but not limited to: LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter/X, Discourse, Discord, etc) and 3rd party community channels.
• Plan and execute scalable programs that reach new and engage existing audiences (e.g. virtual and in-person events, contests, and user groups/meetups) that promote Streamlit's brand and foster connections within the community. 
• Collaborate with developers, developer evangelists, and channel owners to drive user-led initiatives, and provide guidance and resources as needed. 
• Conduct data-driven analysis of community engagement, social channel performance, and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

OUR IDEAL DEVELOPER COMMUNITY GROWTH MANAGER WILL HAVE:

• Proven track record driving community growth, including a portfolio of creative and scalable programs targeting developers.
• Proven track record of project managing programs end-to-end, and on time.
• Strong understanding of developer ecosystems with the ability to engage developers in a way that is authentic and valuable both to them and Streamlit.
• Demonstrated data-driven impact in user engagement, retention, and acquisition.
• Great understanding of community metrics and KPI's, and experience building reports that deliver community insights and recommendations on strategies to achieve marketing goals 
• Strong written, editorial and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and ability to lead multiple projects and tasks
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, consultation and organizational skills.
• Existing relationships within the developer community.
• Familiarity with data science and analytics tools and technologies.
