Guild is hiring a Staff Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Customer Solutions & Delivery product surface—specifically the customization layer that enables Guild to meet customers where they are, without sacrificing scale.

This is a high-impact role for a senior product leader who thrives at the intersection of customer complexity, technical systems, and organizational influence. You’ll shape how Guild delivers “last-mile” capabilities to a diverse customer base while creating durable product foundations that unlock growth.

What you’ll drive

Own and advance the customization layer strategy

  • Define a long-term product vision for how Guild supports customer-specific needs at scale.
  • Turn ambiguity into a coherent strategy that balances flexibility, speed, and maintainability.
  • Ensure this layer becomes a strategic advantage—not a drag on velocity.

Translate complexity into leverage

  • Partner deeply with GTM teams and customers to understand real-world delivery challenges.
  • Break down complex business and technical problems into modular, incremental product solutions.
  • Use storytelling and clear frameworks to align stakeholders and accelerate decision-making.

Set direction and lead through influence

  • Shape product direction across multiple teams without relying on formal authority.
  • Influence senior leaders (including V and C-level) through strong judgment, data, and narrative.
  • Build trust across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, and Customer teams.

Deliver outcomes, not just roadmaps

  • Own the roadmap for Customer Solutions & Delivery, ensuring it ladders to business and customer outcomes.
  • Anticipate execution risks, unblock teams, and raise the bar on delivery quality and consistency.
  • Establish repeatable practices that improve how complex initiatives get shipped at Guild.

Be a technical and product thought partner

  • Bring strong technical fluency to architectural discussions and trade-offs.
  • Use data, experimentation, and in-app analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.
  • Contribute to system design thinking, especially around data models and extensibility.

Multiply impact through others

  • Coach and mentor PMs and cross-functional partners.
  • Provide actionable feedback that helps others grow their scope, confidence, and effectiveness.
  • Model what “staff-level” product leadership looks like at Guild.

What we’re looking for

  • 7+ years in product management or equivalent roles, with experience operating at a staff scope.
  • Proven ability to influence across a complex organization, including close partnership with GTM teams and senior leaders.
  • Experience building or evolving B2B or B2C SaaS platforms, especially portals or systems that support data exchange and customization.
  • Strong comfort with ambiguity and a track record of delivering impact through incremental, decoupled solutions.
  • Experience working directly with external partners or large enterprise customers to gather and act on product feedback.
  • Technical fluency: familiarity with data models, comfort engaging in system des
