We are seeking an experienced and strategic Data Analytics & Internal Tools Manager to lead the analysis, reporting, and visualization of company data to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. The primary purpose is to extract insights from data and develop analytics solutions that enable smarter and more efficient business operations and strategies.

What you will do:

• Design and build strategic data and internal tools roadmap to support data, financial, and strategic missions.
• Evaluate, implement, and manage software, hardware, and technologies to increase the company's competitive advantage.
• Manage and evolve the ERP system and software components to meet the strategic goals of the business.
• Support all functions by providing timely, accurate, and relevant data and analytics.
• Analyze, evaluate, and propose network, security, telecommunications, data storage, machine learning, database, and technology architecture solutions.
• Monitor data and internal tools system utilization and capacity and provide capacity planning.
• Provide leadership for tactical and strategic planning of network-related activities, negotiate contracts, and integrate multiple vendors.
• Create and communicate development and deployment timelines for data and internal tools services.
• Ensure smooth communication and project coordination among departments involved in data and internal tools development and releases.
• Respond to stakeholder feedback and make improvements to the data and internal environment.
• Set up and monitor data and internal tools performance targets aligned with strategic priorities.
• Train functional heads on the role and purpose of data and internal tools and assist departments in using information systems and technology effectively.
• Manage data and internal tools licenses, contracts, budgets, and expenditures across the organization, and optimize spending.
• Develop and implement data protection and quality assurance processes, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Communicate data and internal tools strategy to partners and investors.

Requirements

What you will need:

• Knowledge of current business practices, computing systems, data architecture, interfaces, software, and hardware requirements.
• Strong understanding of information systems, management issues, and current trends.
• Background in project management, planning, process mapping, group presentation, leadership, team building, written and verbal communication, analytical and organizational skills, and budget management.
• Broad understanding of complex heterogeneous technologies and the ability to synthesize new technical information into existing structures.
• Ability to listen effectively, respond to sensitive inquiries or complaints, cope with an ambiguous or changing environment, and have an unfailing sense of humor.
• Strong planning, organization, critical thinking, decision-making, and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• High degree of confidentiality, maturity, tactfulness, and business ethics.
