Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency Program
• Eligible for a Minnesota medical license

Compensation:

Initial 24-month salary guarantee range: $550,000+, production model after guarantee.
