Senior Project Engineer

<p><b>Position Purpose</b></p><p></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced<span> </span><b>Senior Project Engineer/ Delivery Manager </b>to lead the design, delivery, integration, and commissioning of private 4G/5G wireless networks. This role is critical in ensuring the successful deployment of complex network solutions, meeting project milestones, and exceeding customer expectations.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of private wireless network projects, from design to customer acceptance.</p></li><li><p>Configure and validate network architectures, focusing on routing, load balancing, and integration between RAN and CORE elements.</p></li><li><p>Design and interpret Low-Level Designs (LLDs) for 4G/5G CORE and transport networks.</p></li><li><p>Apply expert knowledge of network protocols including eBGP, BGP, OSPF, and IS-IS.</p></li><li><p>Utilize cloud-native and virtualization technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenStack.</p></li><li><p>Manage project planning, implementation, quality assurance, and site integration.</p></li><li><p>Develop and review site documentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.</p></li><li><p>Design and execute test plans for new deployments and upgrades.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical leadership on network performance, optimization, and migration strategies.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot network issues using KPIs, UE logs, and RAN logs (eNB/gNB).</p></li><li><p>Prepare AS-BUILT documentation and internal records for the CARE phase.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Key Projects (Next 12–24 Months)</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead technical integration across:</p><ul><li><p>Network Transport</p></li><li><p>4G/5G CORE</p></li><li><p>Radio (desirable)</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Onboard and integrate new RAN and CORE vendors.</p></li><li><p>Standardize project delivery templates and documentation.</p></li><li><p>Deliver training to customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience</b></p><ul><li><p>7+ years of experience in 5G network deployment and integration at a senior level.</p></li><li><p>Industry experience in telecom, manufacturing, mining, logistics, refineries, or power plants.</p></li><li><p>Deep technical expertise in:</p><ul><li><p>IP Transport, Backhaul &amp; Security</p></li><li><p>LTE EPC and 5G Core</p></li><li><p>LTE and 5G NR RAN</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Proficient in networking protocols: HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, IPv6, BGP, OSPF, etc.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with HPE, Nokia, Ericsson, Palo Alto, and Cisco technologies.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of 3GPP and ETSI standards.</p></li><li><p>Advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills.</p></li></ul><p></p>
