POSITION SUMMARY

 This position is responsible for assisting the escrow and quality assurance function including escrow set up, payment of taxes and insurance, verification of information on core, customer service and working with outside Third-Party vendors assisting with escrow processing.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Escrow Processing / Real Estate Taxes – update amounts, pay taxes, update delinquencies.
  • Escrow Processing / Insurance (Hazard and PMI) – coordinate payments, contact agents, cancel PMI when appropriate.
  • Escrow Processing / Escrow analysis – review test analysis, complete refunds as appropriate, complete out of cycle analysis.
  • Quality Assurance / Verification – Review new/renewed/modified loans, review exception reports for changes as needed.
  • PMI Processing - Review cancellations requested by borrower, Review PMI cancellations within regulatory guidelines .
  • Assist internal and external clients with escrow and other loan servicing questions.
  • Assists with processing National Products charge offs including MAP and Block files.
  • Completes verification on assigned loans that were booked and maintenance that was completed.
  • Provides back-up within department as needed.
  • Images servicing documents to cold storage as appropriate. .

Most common departments including Loan Ops, Mortgage, Commercial, SBA, Retail, Finance, and Collections.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school degree or GED Required
  • Two (2) years or more Loan Ops experience required
  • Superior skill set in the use of the following software applications: Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
  • A comprehensive skill set in Fiserv and Director is preferred.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

For this position, the expected starting annualized salary range is between: $45,521 - $65,030 depending on experience and qualifications.
